The building has historical and architectural value. On April 13, 2025, the main facade of the building was partially destroyed by a russian missile. As part of the research, an analysis of archival and historical materials was conducted. As a result of photogrammetry, a 3D model of the object was developed to document its condition after the destruction and preserve the cultural heritage in the Sumy region. Tytarenko, Ihor(O. M.
