nanoparticles were synthesized by the polyol method under laboratory conditions in an inert argon atmosphere. To prepare the samples for measurements, 10 mg of nanoparticle powder was dispersed in distilled water. ATR-FTIR spectra of the obtained solutions were recorded using a Nicolet iS20 Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer in the wavenumber range of 400–4000 cm⁻¹.
