Abstract:

The dataset contains information on the results of determining the content of titanium-zirconium minerals in tailings samples taken from wells in the tailings storage facility, which was created in the abandoned quarry No. 6 of the Vilnohirsk Mining and Metallurgical Combine. The dataset contains two files, one indicates the average content of minerals in the wells, the second - the absolute content of minerals by depth.

Notes:

Tailings samples were taken at intervals in wells to a depth 20.0 m. Tailings samples were examined using mineralogical and X-ray fluorescence analyses.
