Abstract:

ATR-FTIR spectral data of Cu₂Zn₁₋ₓMgₓSnS₄ nanoparticle solutions with x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, and 0.6 in the wavenumber range of 400–4000 cm⁻¹.

Notes:

Cu₂Zn₁₋ₓMgₓSnS₄ nanoparticles were synthesized by the polyol method under laboratory conditions in an inert argon atmosphere. To prepare the samples for measurements, 10 mg of nanoparticle powder was dispersed in distilled water. ATR-FTIR spectra of the obtained solutions were recorded using a Nicolet iS20 Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer in the wavenumber range of 400–4000 cm⁻¹. The measurement results were exported in .CSV format using the instrument software.
