The obtained product was washed with ethanol and subsequently dried at 60 °C for 12 h to obtain nanoparticle powders. Raman spectra of the obtained nanoparticle powders were recorded using a Renishaw inVia Raman spectrometer at room temperature in the Raman shift range of 100–900 cm⁻¹. Raman measurements of the obtained powders were performed using a Renishaw inVia Raman spectrometer at room temperature. The spectra were recorded in the Raman shift range of 100–900 cm⁻¹ using a 532 nm excitation laser, a diffraction grating of 2400 lines/mm, and a 20× objective.</description></descriptions><geoLocations/><fundingReferences><fundingReference><funderName>Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine</funderName><awardNumber>0124U000541</awardNumber></fundingReference></fundingReferences></resource>
