The collective use centre "Centre of scanning probe microscopy and resonance spectroscopy" (SPM&RS-Centre) was created in 2012 in the structure of the G. V. Kurdyumov Institute for Metal Physics National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the most rational use of unique equipment – ultrahigh vacuum scanning probe microscope JSPM-4610 of JEOL company and NMR and EPR spectrometers of BRUKER company. The main mission of SPM&RS-Centre is to provide the capabilities to the NAS of Ukraine scientific community to conduct investigations on the modern level devices, serviced by qualified personnel, who can maintain the equipment in high-quality working order and provide advisory services.
