| Cu₂Zn₁₋ₓMgₓSnS₄ nanoparticles were synthesized by the polyol method in an inert argon atmosphere under laboratory conditions. The obtained samples were transferred to the Shared Research Facilities "Laboratory of Materials Science for Helioenergetic, Sensor and Nanoelectronic Systems" for analysis by transmission electron microscopy (TEM, SELMI). The results were received by e-mail on February 4, 2024. |
