This file contains the anonymized transcript of Interview 4 conducted with a Ukrainian school teacher as part of the study “Empathy as Resilience: Teachers’ Perspectives on Educational Recovery in Wartime Ukraine.” The interview was conducted in a semi-structured format and focuses on the participant’s professional experiences during wartime, perceptions of empathy as a pedagogical resource, and strategies for maintaining student engagement and emotional well-being under conditions of stress, displacement, and educational disruption.
The transcript is presented in Ukrainian and includes the full interview content after transcription and anonymization. Any personally identifiable information has been removed or replaced with neutral descriptors to ensure confidentiality and compliance with ethical research standards.
